That’s right…the Rooster and Moon Coffee Pub withdrawals are being put to and end! Our community vibe can be tapped into when you relish our new blog that we are launching today. You see, we are all about YOU. So we want to stay connected; to let you know what we’re up to and to know what you think of us…and…okay, we admit it…and to get to know you and hang out with you.

Perhaps you already know us or maybe you don’t. You may be asking, “Why would this coffee pub be all about me?” Or you know us and are wondering “Do they not want me coming in anymore? What’d I do?” Well, we’re glad you asked (and no! you didn’t do anything – come in, come in). And with those thoughts in mind you’ve given us the perfect segue into introducing to you the Rooster and Moon Coffee Pub and our extended community via blog.

Back in the day (which in boring English translates into just over two years ago), Rooster and Moon Coffee Pub was started by yours truly: Husband and wife teams Bird and Stephanie, and Bode and Jamie. How did the four of us come up with the name and concept for Rooster and Moon?

We want to let you in on that essential ingredient (some people call it a mission statement):

Rooster & Moon Coffee Pub will provide a unique fusion between food and beverage establishments that target a specific time of day. At Rooster & Moon (or R/M), we will energetically cater to the high volume needs and demands of our morning guests, and offer a comfortable, high-quality place to relax in the evening. Our goal is to demolish the entitlement structure of the modern coffee house operator, and serve coffee, adult beverages and fine foods as an invitation to discussion and revolutionary industry ideas.

Rooster (think AM) & Moon (time for PM)
